What we found ?

Trying to run 10 IP Phones over a low speed ADSL connection to a remotely hosted IP PBX was not going to work and we wonder why VoIP gets a bad name. There call quality was just not there and this needed to be fixed.

What did we do ?

We installed a local IP PBX Server and ran that over a dedicated cable connection. All problems now gone and we now have excellent call quality.

There were a few other issues but they were all fixed by having a low cost local IP PBX Server installed on site and some TelSoft Telephone Call Accounting Software.

Call quality is the most important thing when installing a Voice of Internet Protocol Solution. We have been doing a lot of fix up jobs lately, if you have a VoIP Solution that is just not quite doing the job then contact us and we will sort it all out for you.

The issue here was that the previous company should have ticked all the boxes then designed the correct solution, if you don’t tick all the boxes in the initial data collection stage then the result is just NOT going to be good.

On request from QT IT Ltd changes were made to our software to suite a request from one of the installations. Traffic Tracker now has the ability to issue multiple user logins and those that have been used in the last 24hours will be removed from the system by a pre determined time set by the owner the next morning. This allowed the property owner issue user logins with confidence that if they were used that day then they would be deactivated the next morning automatically.
