The Owners Module for Room Tracker is a Software Plugin for Room Tracker, this module enables the Manager of an accommodation complex with properties that have rooms, units or apartments owned separately by one or many owners, these rooms, units or apartments may even have there own legal titles.
What the Owners Modules does is allow the Manager of the complex a very simple way to account for income and costs, no matter if they are individually allocated or part of a shared pooled arrangement and not matter if they are a short term guests or long terms tenants, with the end result being a simple owners invoice or report generated by the complex manager at a time required that suites there accounting period. These Owners invoices or reports can automatically be email direct to the owners on a regular monthly schedule or as and when required.
