We offer 24/7 Support contracts. In the first instance via email to support@telsoft.net.nz and if your issue is urgent then we encourage you to contact us via telephone.

For non urgent support we will respond within 24 hours, for urgent support we will respond within four hours. Most of the time you can expect a reply within an hour as our Software & Communications Engineers all have smart phones that can receive emails.

24/7 Support also includes any ongoing software updates as and when they become available. TelSoft will undertake to contact the client when an update is crucial to the programs operation.
